Sate Taichan

If you cross the road Asia Afrika Senayan , Jakarta on top at 21:00 pm , you will see much point in the crowd. They meet a variety of culinary tent. Sate Taichan have special characteristics that make it different, for some people this may be the food that one is unique because it is not smeared with peanut sauce or seasoning either currently or during the combustion process is presented in front of you .

What distinguishes Sate Sate Taichan with more lies from the marinade. Satay is not wearing a peanut sauce or ketchup but wear special flavor, a special seasoning in question is seasoning sauce prepared from red chili sauce are mashed and mixed with lime , and special materials that establish Sate Taichan give the sensation of salty , sour , and spicy.



There are two kinds of meat using spices Taichan, namely chicken and mutton. Chicken satay white Taichan not like the chicken satay more black and slightly charred in some parts of the meat. Chicken ala Sate Taichan processed in the same way with satay most is burnt using charcoal and wood fan.
